ご返信ありがとうございます。provisionするとエラーになります。
証明書の設定とMySQLの設定が正常にされていないからでしょうか。

おっしゃる通り、2回目以降のinitになります。
kusanagi dbinit mariadb実行後、initを試しましたが前回同様のエラーとなりました。
恐れ入りますが、VMの作り直しはどのような手順になるか教えていただけますと幸いです。。。
