StripeのApple Payを使うには

Kusanagiで構築したWoocommerceサイトですが、StripeのApple Pay機能を使おうとすると、404が帰ってくるため設定できません。

https://example.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association

というものを追加する必要がありますが、こちらがホストできないようです。

/etc/nginx/conf.d/[example]_ssl.conf、/etc/nginx/conf.d/[example]_http.confで、.well-knownはすべて許可しているのですが、対処方法が分かる方いらっしゃいますか？
