コンソール上でoptimized_wp_settings.phpが削除できません。

  お世話になります。
  
  WordPressのkusanagiプラグインでwp_settings最適化の項目を有効化したところ、500エラーが発生してしまいました。
  
  WP管理画面が表示されない状況のため、コンソール上で、（原因と思われる）optimized_wp_settings.phpを削除しようとしたのですが、rmコマンドで削除できません。
  
  どうすれば削除できるのでしょうか？
  
  ご存じの方がおりましたら、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。
