テーマのプラグインはインストールできない

お世話になります。
アリババクラウドには貴社のkusanagiを無事に設置しましたが、テーマをインストールするときに、以下のような情報できました。プラグインはインストールできない状態です。

色々やってみましたが、どうしても解決できなくて、大変すみませんでした。
