SSL更新の設定変更が反映されない

kusanagi ssl –email {email address}
を使ってメールアドレスの更新を行おうとしましたがエラーが表示されました。
ドキュメントルートの設定変更が反映されていないのが原因のようです。
エラーの内容は下記のとおりです。

SSLの設定ファイルは変更済みです。
